Limited Warranty, Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we warrant that, for a period of 30 days, the products you purchase from the Website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you are not happy with your purchase, call our customer service department to obtain a return authorization, and then simply return your merchandise with this authorization number for an exchange or a replacement for an identical item or any other item of the same value.

Returns are not accepted (except in cases of missing or defective products).  If a return order is accepted, a credit will be placed on your account and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. No cash refunds will be made. Any credits issued are for Sacsies merchandise only and must be used within three months of the date issued. Return orders received without a return authorization will be refused. The customer is responsible for packaging and the return shipping charges. Returns must be made with the original shipping materials.
 
Missing or Damaged Merchandise
If you receive a damaged item and if it was due to mishandling by the US Postal Service or any other carrier we use, please contact us at customer service at 925.330.5231to advise immediately. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise to report a claim. We will then file a claim with the carrier. Please keep all packaging materials until claim has been settled. Sacsies is absolutely not responsible for damages to any items damaged on transit.
 
Undeliverable and Refused Orders
Please do not refuse an order. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Final Sales Terms and Conditions
All sales of merchandise, goods and/or services shall be final and payment in full shall be in accordance with all other terms, conditions, and agreements included on this page, and the credit application. No transaction shall be construed to be a consignment of said goods and/or services. Orders shipped within the State of California are subject to sales tax.
